Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand in Texas and shipped with USPS or UPS.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days. Our bakhoor is made in small batches by hand, so we ask for a little patience during busy periods — you'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's going. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises after the fact.

We ship across the United States and internationally.

International orders — customs and duties

International parcels may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid to the carrier or customs authority on delivery; they are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and we have no control over their amount. Customs processing may also delay delivery beyond the carrier's estimate.

Lost, stolen or delayed parcels

Once a parcel leaves our hands, it is in the carrier's care. Misk is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages — please see our Refund policy for what to do and for our advice on signature confirmation.
